Raceway Pizza LLC Raceway Pizza LLC was originally founded in a small town north of Champaign, Illinois in 2003. With the owners job change it was relocated to Greenville, Illinois in 2006. We found a great house (thankx Jo) and settled in. We instantly fell in love with the Greenville square and it's "old fashion" appeal The name "Raceway Pizza" originates from the owners love of racing (especially NASCAR). Our Logo was put together by a true blue friend (thankx Clarisa ) Raceway Pizza is decorated with the racing theme and supports all local racing events. Kenny & Krisy Lenart are the owners/operators and they welcome any and all comments and suggestions at racewaypizza@sbcglobal.net Raceway Pizza is now opening in Greenville, IL although it wont be the same without our dear friend Jeannie - Miss ya and luv ya babe Raceway Pizza uses ONLY the very best ingredients we can find which includes REAL CHEESE. Our distributors search the nation for the "class A" ingredients. Our pizza is cooked on a stone with a bed of cornmeal (the way pizza is meant to be). In our opinion, cooking in a pan and shoving it though a conveyor belt is not pizza (it is fast food). The cheese, the vegetables and the meats all have oils which seap through the dough durring cooking. With a pan cooked pizza, you are basically frying your crust. With stone cooking, the oils meet the stone and are steamed back into the pizza which adds the extra flavors. We are PROUD of our pizza and we prove it. Our large pizza is 16" - - 30% larger than the others in town- come on in and watch as we toss the pizza's in the air in our observatory window. We don't hide anything in our cooking process. As you can see on our menu page, we offer a little to satisfy all taste buds. Call us or stop in to see our specials. We offer a variety from Pizza - Calzones - Gyros - Ribs - Italian Beef - Lasagna - Stuffed Baked Potatoes - Sandwiches - and much more "If you don't see something you like - You Aint Hungry" Dipping Sauces ?????? Try again - you wont find them here - Our pizza's already come packed with flavor - If you need dipping sauce then you obviously ordered from the wrong pizzeria. If we sound "cocky"- try our pizza - we have the right to be "cocky" Raceway Pizza deivers to the Greenville, Illinois area (including the lake) We would like to expand our delivery area to include Mulberry Grove, Illinois in the near future LOOK OUT YOU "SO CALLED" COMPETITORS We realize that our customers do have a chioce - try us - You wont go back to the "$5.00 pizza" It's easy - Do you want fast food with imitation cheese or do you want us to prepare you a meal.
